DEVELOPMENT
Delta-Sigma Inc. is totally committed to High Power RF Amplifiers, using RF MOSFETs. Recent developments in L-FET has pushed both gain and bandwidth well beyond 1GHz, enabling designs that are far more broadband than what was available in the last decade. We have developed the fastest rise fall time specified for pulse amplifiers, and we state that our product performance is the best in the market, with timings as fast as a few nanoseconds. Nevertheless we are pushing the envelope and constantly trying to improve. We have developed a patented linearizing system that enable us
to produce more linear and increasingly | efficient amplifiers. Most of our units are directly monitored and controlled via RS232, RS485 as a standard, and LAN or IEEE488.

Our records show that we have provided a service that is unique in the industry, we have filled a niche that no one has been able to fulfill, and our products are out in the field working as reliably as the first day that they were shipped out.
PRODUCT
Our amplifiers are basically broadband, covering as much as five octaves as in the case of the Jupiter series. Output power up to 50KW is very familiar to us and higher power is available if so required.
