The QUASAR unit can be inserted and removed from its rack while the system is operational without incident. No disconnection of cables or other wiring is required and the force air cooling is automatically disconnected in each individual rack without affecting the rest of the QUASARs in a system where many QUASAR’s on different bands are used thereby maintaining the QUASAR system partially operational.
